HB4317 HFA COWLES 3-12

            Delegate Cowles moves to amend the bill on page 3 at line 55 by inserting the following before the words “A parent”:

            “Notwithstanding any provision of this Code to the contrary,”;

And

            On page 3 line 55 by striking “A” and replacing in lieu thereof “a”;

And

And on page 3 at lines 56-57 by striking “pursuant to subdivision (4), subsection (b), section one hundred and one, article five, chapter forty-nine of this code”
